New Merchandise is SATISFACTION GUARANTEED, please note 3 days upon receipt to notify us of any issues or concern, refund or exchanges needed.

Returns, exchanges or refunds will merely require you notify us as to the nature of  the concern or possible defect within 3 days of order arrivals, or of any delay in your expected arrival so that we may track your purchase. 

Most items ship insured and with tracking  provided. 

Upon notification we shall promptly asses the situation and agree with you on an exchange or refund as per individual situation, item nature and request, an R. M. A # will then be issued prior to return to assist follow up.
